B. For any kind of faucet product, there is no need to use excessive force on the handle when switching, just gently twist or toggle the handle. For products with faucet outlet filter nets, they should be disassembled and rinsed to remove impurities after using them for a period of time. Products equipped with a hose should pay attention to keeping the hose in a natural stretch often so as not to break.

C. The surface of the faucet should always be gently wiped with a clean soft cloth dipped in a little detergent. Metal wire balls or scouring pads with hard particles are prohibited. In addition, must not collide with hard objects to bruise the surface of the faucet.

D. The faucet that has been used for a short time sometimes also has phenomena such as incomplete closing, leakage, loose handle, loose connection port, and water leakage. Under normal circumstances, consumers can solve it by themselves. If the screw-type rubber sealing ring faucet is not closed completely, it is usually due to the hard debris blocking the sealing port. At this time, just remove the handwheel and unscrew the valve cover, clean the impurities around the valve core, and then install it as it is. Return to normal use. If the sealing nozzle of the ceramic spool is not completely closed, the sealing surface may be scratched by hard impurities or the pre-tightening force applied to the spool may not be enough. If the former, the faucet can only be sent to the manufacturer's after-sales service department or professional maintenance department for repair. In the latter case, the user only needs to remove the handle (handwheel) and then tighten the valve core slightly.

E. There are generally two reasons for the loosening of the handle (handwheel): one is that the handle (handwheel) is not fastened due to negligence during assembly, and it is only necessary to tighten the fastening screws. Second, the selection of the handle (handwheel) is poor, which mostly occurs when the connection between the handle (handwheel) and the valve core is prematurely oxidized and corroded, resulting in an increase in the gap. Generally, there is no remedy. Therefore, try not to use low-grade faucets as much as possible.

F. In case of leakage at the connection part of the faucet, it is usually caused by not tightening during assembly, and only needs to be tightened. Sometimes a faucet is perfect in every way, but there are cases where it keeps dripping when it is turned off. At this time, it depends on the length of the dripping time, whether the dripping does not stop, and the number of drippings. The longer dripping time may sometimes last 4 or 5 minutes, with a total of about ten drops. The amount of dripping water is equivalent to the remaining water in the mouth of the faucet after the water source is turned off, which is a normal phenomenon.

G. After using for a period of time, if it is found that the water output decreases, or even the water heater are turned off, the faucet filter may be blocked. Gently unscrew the bubbler at the water outlet of the faucet, remove the filter cover, and remove impurities, generally restored as new.
